Coaching Philosophy:

I believe in the development of every athlete at every level. Whether you're new to volleyball or have been playing for years. Each athlete can continue to develop and improve. 

I believe in growing through failure. In order to grow you have to get uncomfortable and try new things. Learn that it's ok to make mistakes while you are learning and improving. Be resilient and believe in yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Put in the work and there's no limit on what you can achieve.

Consistency wins games. Good, repeatable fundamentals will give you the best outcomes. Value every touch, whether it's in a game or practice. Finally, volleyball should be fun! It's important to balance your focus and determination with the enjoyment you get from playing. Remember why you play.
