PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT

This Court Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the individual named below (“Renter”), on behalf of themselves and any minors or participants they invite to use the court facilities at Club GSL.

By booking or using the court(s) at Club GSL, Renter hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Renter understands that participation in volleyball or any athletic activity involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, or other serious injuries. Renter voluntarily assumes all such risks, known or unknown, associated with their use of Club GSL facilities, whether as a player, spectator, or coach.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter hereby releases, waives, and discharges Club GSL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur to the Renter or any individual using the facility under the Renter’s reservation.

This release includes, without limitation, any claims arising from the negligence of Club GSL or its affiliates.

3. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Club GSL and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses brought by third parties (including invited participants or guests) resulting from Renter’s use of the facility, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or violations of facility rules.

4. Responsibility for Guests

Renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct and safety of all individuals who enter the facility under their rental, including minors. Renter agrees to ensure that all participants follow Club GSL rules and policies.

5. Property Damage

Renter is responsible for any damage to Club GSL property caused by themselves or their guests. Club GSL reserves the right to bill the Renter for any necessary repairs or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Media Release (Optional)

By participating, Renter grants Club GSL permission to use photos or video taken during court use for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Acknowledgment

Renter certifies that they are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sign this agreement on behalf of themselves or any minor participants.
